
Vive l’expérience is pleased to partner with World Language PD, in conjunction with Southern Utah University, to offer registered Vive Senegal program participants a 3-credit graduate course option.
Course Name: Contemporary Senegal
Course Description: This course is designed to help Vive Senegal program participants gain new professional knowledge and apply that knowledge to their own unique instructional settings and circumstances.
Course requirements: The course expectations are outlined below.
Step 1: Register and pay the deposit for the upcoming Senegal program at Vive l’expérience https://www.vivelexperience.com.
Step 2: Registration is now open and will remain open until July 20, 2026 (one week following the conclusion of the program). To register:
Go to World Language PD (www.WorldLanguagePD.com/senegal)
Complete the enrollment form for either the 3-credit course, and
Complete your payment.
Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from World Language PD. This email message will include:
Access information to the online course shell where you will upload your course work and,
Information about how to create an account and order your SUU transcript.
Prepare five (5) classroom activities that incorporate what you learned OR review five (5) classroom activities or lessons of teachers you supervise or work with. Due within 2 months of trip completion (Sept. 13, 2026)
Reflect
In 4-5 double-spaced pages, explain how and where what you learned was incorporated into the lessons you designed and why those ideas supported standards- and proficiency-based learning opportunities for your students. Due within 2 months of trip completion (Sept. 13, 2026)

Course Description: This course is designed to help Vive Timeless Tunisia program participants gain new professional knowledge and apply that knowledge to their own unique instructional settings and circumstances.
