Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vive l’expérience. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Perishable or custom-made goods

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@vivelexperience.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right.
